Our services

Consultation and counselling is conducted within the legal limits to confidentiality.

The following exceptions to confidentiality apply:

When disclosure is required to prevent clear and imminent danger to the client or others
When a child, or vulnerable person, is in need of protection
When sexual abuse has occurred by a regulated health professional
When legal requirements demand that confidential material be revealed, such as by subpoena or warrant

With all services, there are risks and benefits. CREW is committed to ensuring that clients make informed decisions and are supported through potential challenges.

CONSULTATION

Consultation is a great way to speak with a therapist before booking an appointment. Individuals can use this time to outline their needs, to ask questions about therapy, and to determine if the therapist feels like a good fit. New clients are offered a free 15-minute consultation by phone, video, or in-person.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Individual counselling sessions are conducted privately with your therapist. Rapport is built by promoting client safety, empowerment, and progress towards personal goals. Standard sessions are 50 minutes in duration and are offered by phone, video, or in-person.

FAMILY SESSIONS

Family counselling sessions are conducted privately with two or more members and your therapist. Rapport is built by promoting client safety, empowerment, and progress towards a common goal. Sessions are available in 50-minute or 100-minute durations by phone, video, or in-person.

GROUP WORK

Group counselling and training opportunities are provided in response to community demand. To learn more about our available workshops, or to make a specific request, please contact us.
