Noely garcia, MSW, rsw
Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Noely is a Registered Social Worker. She works with children, youth, adults, and couples. Noely has expertise in supporting clients who struggle with complex mental health challenges and her training includes clinical psychotherapy within a multidisciplinary team. Noely is part of Lakeridge Health’s Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Program where she provides counselling to forensic clients on their recovery journeys toward self-love, confidence, and independence. Noely has over 4 years in the field and has completed placements with Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences and Durham Mental Health Services. She supports individuals in establishing healthy boundaries and achieving their life-worth living goals. Noely is passionate about partnering with individuals to reclaim their optimal selves.

clint robson, msw, rsw
Senior Clinician
Clint is a Registered Social Worker. He works with teens and adults. Clint specializes in helping people recover from trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. He has expertise in the effects of domestic violence on children and families, addictions, trauma in helping professionals, adolescent mental health, family therapy, helping men navigate life stressors, and helping families recover from suicide attempts and significant stressors. Clint has over 25 years of experience working in various sectors: child welfare, the education system, the healthcare system, and as a mental health worker with police. Clint is a published writer in the field and, in 2019, won an excellence award for his work at Lakeridge Health.

JULIA RICK, M.ed, ccc, rp
Director
Julia Rick is a Registered Psychotherapist. She works with children, youth, adults, and exhausted parents. Julia specializes in the impacts of stress and trauma--with expertise in supporting the first responder community. She has extensive experience with the education system and helps families to navigate persistent school challenges. Historically, Julia has worked with the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, the York Region Abuse Program (now Cedar Centre), the Durham Rape Crisis Centre, The Arson Prevention Program for Children, the Incredible Years Parenting Program, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), and the Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI). Some of Julia's research contributions have been presented at national and international conferences.
