Sihan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and currently supervised by Julia Rick. Sihan works with adolescents and adults. As an international graduate, Sihan specializes in supporting clients facing cross-cultural struggles, aiding them in their adjustment and helping them to define their own path. He helps clients manage challenges with depression, anxiety, addiction, confidence, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships.
Sihan has worked in various mental health organizations, including Ray of Hope for adolescent addiction, Compass Community Services, and Alli Therapy, which provides online counselling. Through a strength-focused lens, Sihan believes that a significant portion of therapy success stems from the inherent capabilities of the clients themselves.

Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and currently supervised by Julia Rick. Sarah works with individuals 16 years and older. Most often, she supports those struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, identity issues, sexual issues, and relational issues. Sarah specializes in supporting clients from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community as well as working with issues of sexuality and gender diversity. Sarah has developed her expertise in a variety of settings including the Centre for Interpersonal Relationships (CFIR), the Diversity and Intergroup Relations research lab at the University of Waterloo, and the Glow Centre for Sexual and Gender Diversity. Sarah is passionate about working alongside individuals and supporting them through their journey of growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Social Worker, Psychotherapist
Joanna is a Registered Social Worker. She works with children, youth, and adults. She is a Mental Health Clinician for a school board where she focuses on bolstering student mental health and attendance, as well as consulting with caregivers and educators. With over 12 years of experience in the field, Joanna has helped individuals with anxiety, depression, suicidality, stress, Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, trauma, family conflict, major life transitions and other complex mental health needs. Historically, she has worked with Frontenac Youth Services and other community-based mental health agencies in Durham and Peel. Joanna cultivates resiliency and validation with clients, so that they can harness unique strengths in achieving therapeutic goals along their journey.

Clint has over 25 years of experience working in various sectors: child welfare, the education system, the healthcare system, and as a mental health worker with police. Clint is a published writer in the field and, in 2019, won an excellence award for his work at Lakeridge Health.

Susanne is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist/Certified Clinical Supervisor. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and overwhelmed caregivers. Susanne specializes in the impacts of anxiety, depression, and trauma--with expertise in supporting those who have experienced abuse, domestic violence, separation or divorce, and relationship issues. She is trained in EMDR and has over 25 years of experience working in a variety of settings in both Canada and the Caribbean: educational systems, inpatient and outpatient agencies, live-in treatment for adolescents with mental health concerns, and community based mental health sites.

Director
Julia Rick is a Registered Psychotherapist. She works with children, youth, adults, and exhausted parents. Julia specializes in the impacts of stress and trauma--with expertise in supporting the first responder community. She has extensive experience with the education system and helps families to navigate persistent school challenges. Historically, Julia has worked with the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, the York Region Abuse Program (now Cedar Centre), the Durham Rape Crisis Centre, The Arson Prevention Program for Children, the Incredible Years Parenting Program, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), and the Child and Parent Resource Institute (CPRI). Some of Julia's research contributions have been presented at national and international conferences.
